Laptop Vs. iPad2

What does it imply when I hardly use my lappie? Adoih…… I haven’t been using my lappie for few weeks and I am not missing it at all! Mak oiiiii…… I am now on it just to back-up my iPad! -__-

My laptop has been serving me well, but it starts to give signs of “ageing” recently. Starts slow, the date always stops (CMOS battery is dying), been telling me errors every now and then, respond is damn slow, shutting down also slow, open an application also takes ages…… Sigh. Please, you have been serving me well, don’t die on me just yet! No! At least stay with me for another year. I’ve been taking great care of you, you can’t die, okay?

Speaking of the iPad, I bring it to work occasionally. It’s my best companion when I’m stuck in the traffic jam. I do not need to on my lappie (taking out the cable, mouse, on the switch and put it back into the bag… is troublesome) at night, iPad has the best games that could keep me occupied. I can basically do everything on the iPad, except playing Facebook games, which I don’t play at night.

Now you see, the power of iPad. Again, you wouldn’t understand what I am feeling or going through if you do not have one.

I still love my lappie, but iPad is more convenient now.

I couldn’t thank Steve Jobs enough, for making iPad a reality.

Where is the LOVE?

Can the love for someone really disappear?

Can you tell your spouse that you no longer love him/her?

Can you tell your loved one that you feel nothing for him/her after being in love for many years?

Can we really fall out of love?

What makes one fall out of love?

If a problem arises in a relationship, do you choose to deal with it before you move on?

Or you seek comfort in another relationship before you could get out of this?

I do not understand.

How could one say “I feel nothing for you” after being together for so long?

I do not get it.

How could one not love his/her spouse anymore but could love another person?

I do not see.

How could love disappear?

Where is the love that you have been feeling all this while?

Where is the love that you promised will last forever?

Where is the love that bound us?

Where is it?

The love that once made us whole and happy.

How can it be lost?

How can it be gone?

How can it be taken?

How can you find it in another person?

Where is it?

Where is the love?

Apple Will Never Be The Same

The world lost another great inventor and visionary, Steven Paul Jobs.

I am sure there is a lot of blog posts about the passing of Steve Jobs. I am not going to blog about his life as you can easily read it up in Wikipedia. Here, it is only how I feel about him and his Apple’s products that I owned or own or will own.

I have always felt amazed with Apple’s products. 12 years ago, when I saw an iMac, I thought the design was amazing and pretty, a breakthrough from all the common computers. However, I also thought that it was a luxury item to have, seeing that it cost so much more than a desktop of other brands. To own an iMac, has become my dream. Over the years, the iMac evolved, the desire of wanting it got stronger and stronger. I know I just gotta have it, someday, later. It is no longer a luxury item that I desire, it has become a need for better quality.

When I saw an iPod 10 years ago, I thought that was cool! The smallest MP3 player I’ve ever seen back then! Again, it was something that I could not afford. Even when I could at the later days, I no longer needed an MP3 Player. But it must have felt nice to have one.

There came the MacBook. OMG! A white laptop! WHITE! I was gasping when I saw the white MacBook. Again, the price was a big hinder and I stopped fantasizing of owning one. Then the MacBook Air!!! I started to salute Steve Jobs for his never-ending creativity and ideas.

The iPhone! It is pure God’s gift to human. A touch screen handphone, from Steve Jobs. When I touched it, I knew I was doomed. I knew I was going to have one or I’d never change my handphone. I was a proud and happy owner of an iPhone 3G, for 1 and a half years, until my carelessness do us part. The pain of losing it, still hit me every now and then, and I still miss it. I have a great Android phone now, but I still miss my iPhone. It’s weird, that when you have something greater and nicer but you still miss the old one.

If it isn’t because of the weight of the iPhone 4, I would have owned one too today. iPhone 4 is just too heavy to me and I do not feel the comfortability that I used to feel with iPhone 3G when I held it in my hand. I was no longer an iDevice user, for 6 months.

I was so tempted to get an iPad but I waited. When iPad 2 launched, on its very first day I went all the way to Klang to queue. With the iPad 2 in my hand, I felt a sense of relieve and ecstatic. Relieved as I am once again owning an iDevice, ecstatic because I was thrilled with the white iPad. Yes, call me silly, that’s how I felt to have an Apple.

Am I an Apple fan? Yes, I definitely am. Am I a Steve Jobs fan? Yes, no question about it. However, now that Steve Jobs is gone, I am not so sure if I would still be fascinated and excited with Apple’s new products. I stand firm on getting an iMac when I am able to in the future, but any new products from now on without Steve Jobs in the picture, I am not so sure. I believe the engineers and Tim Cook will do their best to continue Jobs’ legacy, but it is just NOT him anymore. Apple without Steve Jobs (although he stepped down from CEO quite some time ago, now he is gone forever), is different.

Steve Jobs is gone, and he took a part of the passion I have for Apple with him.

Farewell, Steve Jobs. May you rest in peace. We love(d) you, and thanks for all the wonderful things you’ve created. You will never be forgotten.

Loving Chuck Taylor

Converse, something that I dreamed to have during secondary school. It was considered a luxury thing as it was way more expensive than a pair of common white shoes for school.

After college, the need to have a pair of Converse never came. I’ve been wearing heels and sandals, for work and casual. I now wear a lot of Crocs for the comfort and convenience. The price of a pair of Crocs is going up like nobody’s business! After third pair of Crocs and I decided it’s time to stop. RM139 for a pair of rubber is just too much.

I wasn’t hunting for any shoes, as my Crocs is still new. Somehow, that love for Converse crept back a while ago. Blame it on Glee I must say. Hahahaha. Revisiting season 1 of Glee and I paid more attention to their fashion. Converse appeared in the show quite a number of times. I fell in love with it all over again and that dream to have one is back.

Finally, after some thoughts, I am a proud owner of my first red hot Chuck Taylor All Star Classic. :D Gosh, loving every bit of it.

image

However, Andrew isn’t a fan of Converse and to him, this type of shoes is ugly and he just couldn’t accep it. Hahahaha. Again, it’s individual preferences (ah, it’s been a while since I last used this phrase :p) and likings.

How long is this pair going to last? Long time I guess. ;)

Do you have your favorite Converse?

Nando’s During Public Holiday

First day of Raya, went to Mid Valley. Been craving for Nando’s for weeks! So, there I was, having Nando’s during Raya. :D

When the meal was served, I wasn’t too happy.

image

This is Andrew’s order, the amount of fries, lesser than what we usually get. It’s ok, he could still live with that.

image

This is mine. The whole thing just wasn’t in good presentation, the sauce was all over the plate, the rice was “messy”, and my favorite grilled vegetables, were missing the usual mushrooms, cucumber and brinjal. All I got was carrot and bell peppers. :(

I was famished and since it was a Raya, I thought perhaps there was some shortage of supplies, didn’t really bother much. Was just surprised that the standard of Nando’s was compromised because of public holiday. At the very least, this time they gave me a spoon whereby usually I had to eat the rice with the fork. Hahahahaha.

It’s alright, it’s Raya, maaf zahir dan batin.

Perhaps I should stick to Nando’s KLCC. The service there is also better.

Muse Italian Restaurant & Cocktail Bar, Jaya One

Bought a discounted coupon from Groupon Malaysia last month, Italian pizza and pasta dinner for 2 at only RM28 instead of RM75.90, at Muse Italian Restaurant & Cocktail Bar in Jaya One.

All these discounted coupons websites are so hot right now. However, I am very particular with the food and location. If it is something nice that is worth to travel, I do not mind. If it is something which I don’t see special in it, I would not bother to try even if it is just next to where I stay or if it is dirt cheap. I would not want to compromise my taste bud for some cheap food. :P The first time I redeemed the coupon was 2 months ago, with Melissa and Christine, The Mill buffet at RM39.90. That was a good one and worth every penny!

Jaya One is a shopping complex located in Petaling Jaya. My first time there, it was a Saturday evening, but it was quiet! Most of the shops were closed, only the restaurants in Palm Square were open. Palm Square is where all the food & beverages are, quite a unique place with the open-air boulevard. It was considered quiet for a Saturday evening. Another failing shopping complex?

Muse is in the centre, opposite Starbucks. The environment is okay except that there was some renovations going on, the constant drilling noise is a big put-off. It was noisy even when we were in the restaurant. Romantic and quiet? Not really.

So, we get to choose from 2 types of pasta and pizzas. I am very particular with beef, so I told Andrew that we should go for the Seafood Aglio Olio Angel Hair. For the pizza, the Chicken Triple Crown Pizza just sounds more delicious than the Beef Up Pizza. :D

image

Soup of the day, tomato cream soup. Ahh…… Very appetizing and original. :) Love it.

image

Seafood Aglio Olio Angel Hair. The portion is big!!! It is nice. But sorry that I think the one in Suria KLCC Signatures food court is better. This one is pretty dry, luckily the taste make up for it. The portion is so big that we didn’t manage to finish it.

image

Chicken Triple Crown Pizza. Oh boy, this looks so much different from the photo in Groupon! However, it is delicious, crispy on the crust but cheesy on the top. Andrew and I finished the whole thing! :D

image

Orange and pineapple juice, add on, at RM8++ each. Not fresh juices though, just syrup. :(

At the end, we paid an additional RM18.50 for the drinks. We were thinking since we were already eating so cheap with the coupon, paying little extra makes both parties happy too. We saw other tables were not having any drinks, Andrew said, “not sure how they’re going to swallow all those thing without a single sip of water”. Hahahahahaha……

I was so full after a good meal! The food is good, I would love to go back for their pizzas, but the location is a killer for me. And, to pay full price for that? No, I have better option than Muse. Honestly, Chillis and TGIF are better.

So, if you’re in the area and don’t mind paying that little extra, Muse is an OK place to go.

KiKi Taiwan Cuisine #3

It’s KiKi time, again! :D

image

I had the Spicy Chicken Chop set, doesn’t taste good. The sauce makes the fried chicken soggy. I wanted to order something else, guess I misunderstood that for this. Andrew just loves sweet and sour! It tastes OK. The side dishes that come with the set, there’s something different. Andrew and I weren’t sure what it is, but it is tasty! :D

I still prefer the ginger beef slices.

Love & Need

I love you, hopelessly.
I need you, dearly.
Do not doubt.

With you my heart forever stays.
With you my soul forever bound.
Do not question.

Together we explore.
Together we experience.
Do not fear.

I have not said it enough.
I love you with all my heart.
Do not dread.

I do not show it often.
I need you every moment.
Do not forget.

I pledge my life to you.
I could not survive without you.

Do remember, my love.
I love and need you.
Endlessly.

Struggle

Buried.
Deep in the sea.
Thought I’d never see you again.

Hey, there you are.
Waving.
Smiling.

Who dug you out?
Who showed you the light?

NO.
You shall never see the light.
Ever.

With all the might.
I struggle.

To bury you one more time.
Deep in the woods.
Deep in the soil.

NO.
You shall not see the light.
Only I shall stay in the light.

No tears.
No goodbye.

Only love.
That struggles.

It Isn’t Funny

I laugh.
So easy to laugh,
than to cry.

I giggle.
So easy to smile,
than to frown.

I joke.
So easy to talk,
than to sulk.

I follow.
So easy to agree,
than to disagree.

I’m funny.
So easy to be a clown,
than to cry in a crowd.

I’m happy.
So easy to pretend,
than to be yourself.

It’s funny, isn’t it?
It is so easy to be funny,
but it is so difficult to reveal,
how you really feel.

When I am being funny,
it is not funny.

You read me?

Thanks to Ros, who gave me such beautiful idea. :) I write what I feel.

Mystery

I have secrets

Secrets that I tell no one, absolutely no one

Everyone has secrets

Secrets you share with no one, or someone

However, a secret is a secret

It is no longer a secret when it’s known to someone

Ssshhh…… I have a secret to tell you

Come closer

My secret

Is that,

I have secrets!

:D

~ Ashley

Crap I wrote! Hahahaha…… How many secrets I have? I lost count. Andrew knows most of them, but there are a few of which he doesn’t even know and I do not even tell. I am sure he too has secrets that he prefers to keep for himself ONLY. Well, I’m not sure about the part where people say “no secrets between husband and wife”. How many out there can really do it?

Am I a bad person for keeping secrets from my husband? I don’t know……

Walk In Love

A step into the woods
Little did I know that I would
Walk on this path of love
That would bring joy and hurt

Deep into the woods
I knew that I could
Dance on this path of love
That could bring sorrow and laughs

My hand you took
My breath you drew
My soul you stole

Happy that I took a walk in the woods
Miserable that my heart was lost

This is not
the love I looked
This is not
a walk I sought

I looked only
for a walk in the woods
A walk in love
A walk that I never dared to take

If only
We could walk in love
Not fall in love

Be careful,
We do not walk in love

Sassorosso Italian Restaurant, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng

Sassorosso Italian Restaurant, located at Lorong Yap Kwan Seng, off Jalan Yap Kwan Seng. If you do not know where Jalan Yap Kwan Seng is, it is where Menara AmBank located, or where the Australian High Comm is. Sassorosso is just 10 minutes walk away from where I work. Googled about it, except its website there wasn’t any recent review from any blogger. So guess I’d just blog about it and contribute something to the blogosphere. (Kononnya buat jasa baik! LOL!)

About a month ago, I was searching for a good dining place for a farewell of 2 colleagues. Suggestions that I received are either too far away from our office or too expensive or too fine-dining for a bunch of noisy people like us. End up we went ahead with Sassorosso. Since there were not more than 20 of us, the chef couldn’t do a buffet, we went by a la carte off the menu.

We wanted to get the most out of it, so a few of us actually ordered different things from the menu and shared! LOL! The chef and the waiter who took our orders were looking at us weirdly. In case if you do not know, no one shares food in Italian restaurant lah! Italian cuisine wei, fine-dining wei…… We were sharing food like what we would usually do in Chinese restaurant or hawker center! Wuahahahhahahahahaha…… Please pardon a bunch of “mountain turtles” like us. The portion is just too big for one person to swallow all and it is not “economical” to just eat only one type of dish from the menu. :P We were a bit “kia-su” also, ordered too much and end up we couldn’t finish the whole beef pizza. Hehehe.

image

image

We asked for a private room for 14 of us.

image

Sassorosso Mixed Antipasti. Sorry that I do not know enjoy this. The calamari on the side were so chewy I felt like chewing rubber band. The raw meat was pretty salty. The cooked prawn was cold and the vegetables taste weird.

image

Pan-Fried Sea Bass. The fish is fresh until I could taste the fishy smell of it and personally I don’t like it, but the rest of them seemed to like it a lot.

image

Wild Mushroom Risotto. Seriously, from the menu, this is the only thing that got me excited as I like risotto, but this! The sauce taste funny, there is some sort of smell that I can’t describe. Luckily all my colleagues agreed with me, definitely I’m not the only one that’s fussy. However, the chef is pretty generous with ingredients, there’s a lot of mushrooms.

image

Sassorosso Pizza. Good! Yummy! Nice! :D

image

Aglio Olio with Jumbo Tiger Prawns. Love it. The prawns were so fresh and tender! Mmm… Yummy!

image

Sauteed Broccoli. Very fresh.

image

Bresaola, tomato sauce with mozzarella cheese and air-dried beef. I didn’t eat this as I was too full to even swallow another mouth food! They told me the beef was superbly nice!

image

Grilled NZ Beef Tenderlion. My colleague said it was too chewy.

image

Mixed Seafood Platter (Grilled). I enjoyed this the most, especially the grilled vegetables.

There were a few other dishes not in the photos. The wild mushroom soup is pretty good, the taste of the wild mushroom was very strong, not something that you would find in other restaurant. The lentil soup was a bit yucky though. The seafood soup turned out to be the best. We ordered half a dozen of escargots de bourgogne, that was yummy too!!! I love escargot, as long as it is cooked. :D

The total bill of the night came up to RM1481.32, no alcoholic drinks. All in all, the food wasn’t bad. It’s just that they’re not to my liking and I further confirmed that I do not really like Italian food. The way they cook the food is just too bizarre for me to accept. :P

Then, last week we went there again for lunch. All of us went by the set lunch and this time I must say, it is two-thumbs-up good! The set lunch is RM48++.

image

image

Starter, salad with fresh tomatoes and parmesan flakes. Warning, the parmesan cheese smells very strong and if you’re not into cheese stuff or you only take moderate cheese, please do not be brave and try this. I could smell the parmesan even by 3 tables away!!!

image

Cuttlefish and potato salad. Gosh, the cuttlefish looks so much like dissected lizard!!! It tastes nice though!

image

Broccoli soup, very fresh and refreshing. I love their soup, I’d bet they use fresh ingredients.

image

Main course, pizza with deer and beef salami. I didn’t get to try this as there’s cheese on it. :( They told me it’s good.

image

Rigatoni in creamy gorgonzola sauce and walnuts. I have no idea what it is. My colleague told me it is some pasta in cream sauce. Sorry, it doesn’t look appetizing to me at all.

image

Chicken scaloppini. This is nice, the chicken breast isn’t too dry and hard.

image

Pan-fried salmon fillet. Delicious! The outer part is so crispy and the meat is soft! Too bad I couldn’t dip with the sauce, not sure how the sauce taste like.

image

Dessert, Tiramisu!!! Geez, why am I allergic to dairy product!!! Had a pinch of it and it taste so heaven!!! The best tiramisu I’ve ever had!

image

Indulge yourself in a cup of black tea or coffee. :)

image

Is RM48++ worth it? Absolutely!

Hokkaido Ichiba – The Gardens Mall

Hokkaido Ichiba Japanese Restaurant is located in The Gardens Mall, Mid Valley City, on the 3rd floor, centre court. Went there before with a few friends and found that their food is pretty good, very fresh.

Was there 2 weeks ago with another 2 friends, I had a bowl of Shoyu Ramen with beef slices, it was so heaven! The beef slices were so tender and juicy! Their beef is definitely a must-try! We also ordered a Japanese pancake (seafood), it was yummy too!!! Too bad that time my handphone battery died, so no photos to show.

Last night after work, I was craving for Japanese food again. I just went Rakuzen last week, and now I miss Japanese food again. Hahaha. I’m a Japanese food lover, if it wasn’t because of the price, I could have it everyday. :) They have so many varieties, bento, ramen, sushi, sahimi, teppanyaki…… How can you possibly get bored?

Andrew was sweet enough to drive all the way to Mid Valley after I complained that there’s no nice Japanese food in KLCC. So, there we were, Hokkaido Ichiba. No queue! So happy we could get a seat without queue-ing.

image

Teppanyaki Beef Set, RM36. Andrew said it is not salty enough, but to me, it’s good and you can really taste the freshness of the beef! The beef cutlet is perfectly cooked on the outside but a lil’ bit raw and tender on the inside. Oooohh…… So nice! The set comes with a bowl of garlic rice, goes really well with the beef!

image

Tofu Tempura, RM12. I love tofu, not those round Japanese tofu that you could get in supermarket, but this! Homemade square tofu. This is exactly the same with the one in Rakuzen. It is so delicious!!!

image

Unatama Don, RM18. I love unagi too, but I know I couldn’t finish the unagi set, so I had this ala-carte unatama don. Sad to say, the unagi is not as nice as the one in Rakuzen. However, this is big enough to fill my stomach and I couldn’t even finish the rice. It comes with a miso soup, what a pleasant surprise. :)

Total bill came up to RM76.55. Expensive? Hmm…… I think that is the standard price for a Japanese meal. Most importantly, I am satisfied. :D

Oh, not forgetting that the green tea is actually complimentary. How thoughtful, unlike some Japanese restaurant that will charge you RM1 for the green tea. Ish……

Believer

They were high above the sky
Shining down oh so bright
Dreams, they were
Dreams, her world

She could fly
Up high in the sky
Rainbows were the tides
The cloud was her ride

She flew so high
Touching the dreams all right
Dreams, she reached
Dreams, were gone

They all came tumbling down
On the beautiful ivory town

There she is
Sitting in the mud
Yet she dreams
For one day she must
Grasp the Dreams
And fly above the ivory town
With her beautiful ivory crown

Hmm…… Don’t know what came upon me to write such a crappy stuff. Hahahaha…… Still wanted to write it down, hoping that I could improve. Been a while since I last written a poem.

More or less resembling what I’ve been going through. I am a hopeless believer of miracles. I found that I tell myself “tomorrow will be better” very often. In fact, I always think “things will be better tomorrow”. Wounded over and over again but I could never learn. Perhaps, I’m not a quitter by nature.

Great Ocean Road, Melbourne. Taken from my first ever heli ride. Miss the place so much.

iPad Apps Review. Empress of the Deep: The Darkest Secret.

Bought this app during Mother’s Day special price, at US$0.99 (approximately RM3). What a steal! :D I am not sure of how much it is now, perhaps US$4.99.

Big Fish is really good at developing hidden object or mystery games, ain’t it? You just gotta salute their creativity and imaginations and having such great brains to come up with such great stories.

Empress of the Deep: The Darkest Secret, took me 3 nights to finish it. Pretty short I must say, but worth to play. Those brain teasers and puzzles, some of them are really tough and required you to go back and forth searching for objects and clues, which is pretty annoying at times. At one point, I had to go all the way back to the starting point, then returned to where I left off to finish the task. The hint works very well though! Clear cut hints were given whenever you need it.

The interactive part, of course, not as much fun as Drawn: The Painted Tower, but it is good enough. The same goes with the graphic, nothing can really beat Drawn. Story wise, the same old, same old princess/empress woke up from some sleep with no memories of what happened in the past. If it wasn’t because of the puzzles that fascinated me (trial version), and also it was on sale, I wouldn’t have bought it.

A good game if it was on $0.99. $4.99???? Forget about it. Wait till it’s on sale again.

iPad Apps Review. Infinity Blade.

A lot of people on the iPad Malaysia Labs recommended Infinity Blade, by ChAIR. Claiming that it has the best graphic and it is fun.

A little bit history of my gaming self. I was into RPG games, a lot, when I was in secondary school and college. I’ve played Final Fantasy VII, VIII, X and a few other RPG which I can’t recall. I was so good at them. However, I stopped playing when I stepped into college. Tried picking it up few years back when I gotten my PS2, but I realised that RPG bores me now. The repetitive fighting scenes, walking, looking for something constantly, are just not my thing anymore. My repertoire is now on finding hidden objects and solving puzzles. Hahaha.

So, I wasn’t so keen on this Infinity Blade. However, people were all talking about how great the graphic is and how interesting and exciting it is, that psycho-ed me into purchasing it! Luckily, it was on sale, $2.99 (Appx RM9). This is by far the most expensive app I’ve ever purchased from iTunes! -__- It now is $5.99.

The 3D graphic, no doubt, very fine and high quality! The whooping of sword looks just so cool! Sound effect is good too. Hell lots of weapons and armors and it is fun to slash away at those monsters and enemies. Two nights after I purchased it, I managed to kill the so-called God King (Level 50). That’s where I got confused. After defeating the God King, the game started all over again from the beginning of castle as a new bloodline. WHAT?! When I reached the God King again, it is the same God King but at a higher level of 100! DUH! Don’t tell me the game is just about killing monsters in the same castle over and over again???!!!

SHOOT! Damn! I felt cheated! Argh! Who to blame? No one except myself, for listening to others easily.

It is fun to play but repeating the whole thing again and again is just, too boring for me. Those who have played Infinity Blade told me I have to keep defeating the God King, earn more money to buy more shining weapons and armors and then unlock the dungeon in the castle to defeat yet another 3 KINGS at level 50, 100 and 150 respectively! Then, there’s another one at level 200 and right after you defeat him, there’s another knight! But the knight is easy.

Been playing it for the past 3 weeks, and I got frustrated and bored killing the God King. The endless fingers-swiping on the screen and slashing the same old enemies all the time…… Bummer. :( I stopped playing since last week. LOL!

Updated 18/06/2011: I, finally managed to defeat all of them last night. Wuahahaha. That is the end of the game, you get to choose to start another new bloodline, or to start the game all over again. I was conned by the explanation that “start new game and you’ll be able to keep your level now and excel even further”. I started a new game, but damn! All the weapons and armors I bought were gone! All back to zero except the level! TT__TT If you do not want that to happen, you might just want to start a new bloodline and buy new weapons to level up.

iPad Apps Review. Awakening: The Dreamless Castle

Awakening: The Dreamless Castle, is another hidden object and puzzle-solving game from Big Fish Games.

I bought this during Mother’s Day too, at US$0.99. What a steal, now it is again on special discount, at $4.99. I wouldn’t buy it, $4.99 is overpriced.

The Dreamless Castle is a beautiful game as well. Although the graphic is not as detailed and vibrant as Drawn: The Painted Tower, it still has beautiful graphics. At some point, the puzzles are a little too tough to solve or sometimes the items are difficult to find. Took me quite a while to accomplish certain tasks and I even got a tad frustrated with the unclear clue or hint. A lot of times when I clicked the Faerie for a hint, she would just go to sleep and I had to wait again and she did not provide any hint. That’s the frustrating part. Also, some of the mini games are of same nature but different scenes, so they sometimes get pretty boring too. Some puzzles are really great and interesting though.

I love the Goblinjong a lot. After you complete the game, you unlock the Goblinjong in the Main Menu that you get to play for unlimited times. :)

The story, is a bit too old-fashioned I’d say. Princess woke up from her 100 years of sleep, on a journey to find her parents and other human, with the help of fairies and all that……

I’ve played Drawn: The Painted Tower, I must say Drawn still has the best graphics and interactive puzzles. The puzzles in Drawn are never repeated. My $0.99 on Drawn is definitely well worth it.

As for Awakening, it is a good game if it is still at $0.99 or maybe $1.99. With $4.99, you could get some other better game than this. Now, you get my hint. :)

Silicone Back Case for iPad 2

We went to the new section in KLCC where all the electronic stores are, and I spotted this iPad2 silicone back case! It is only RM39.90! Of course I grabbed it without any further thoughts. Hahaha. It comes with a few colors, and I chose the most striking of all, orange. :D

Was still worrying if the case would be too small to fit as it looks pretty slim and small. Luckily, it fits nicely and firmly onto the iPad 2.

Love the back case as the front still looks pretty much bare but the back is fully protected. Actually I did not intend to get any protection case for my iPad, just leave it bare as it is. Since this is cheap, why not then. Happy! :)

Don’t ask me what brand it is. No brand. LOL. There is this new electronic store in KLCC, level 3, next to Sony Wing, it’s called Challenger. I only saw it on the way out of the store. Hahaha.

The front. Pretty much bare with only the orange frame visible.
